My eyes are always on the search for new inspiration even if that means going way out of my comfort zone. Therefore, I dig into different cultures and their languages, geopolitics, math, philosophy, physics and the science behind making the perfect ice cream. Inspiration is everywhere.
The two of them constantly battle for attention inside my head. But in the end they unify in my work as a symbiosis of both words. Therefore, my Designs will always have the artistic touch, my Art will follow a purpose.
I was around 14 when I fired up Photoshop on our old family laptop for the first time and it was a blast. Since then, I continue to enhance my craft — from InDesign over Blender3D to AfterEffects and even AI. During my concept work I always keep the process in mind.
I speak in English, German, Japanese or HTML. Even some CSS. Only my Latin from school has become quite rusty over time. I view communication as the essential tool of successful collaboration.
“Make it great or leave it.” Anything else is never enough for a finished design or artwork. Thus, I have always been striving for the best possible outcome.
